Promoted after taking on more high-level projects and expanded into a multi-disciplinary role to include art direction and leadership/mentorship.
Lead monthly content creation across 3 major General Mills cereal brands for paid and organic social, ecomm and web banners. Concept and execute ideas informed by trends, competitive insights and brand strategy.
Graphic Design - Maintain a deep expertise in each brand’s visual identity, creating compelling designs across print, digital, packaging and social platforms. Develop comprehensive brand asset guides to standardize design execution for internal teams and external partners, supporting both innovation and marketing initiatives. Brands include Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Reeses Puffs, Pillsbury, and various innovation brands.
Art Direction - Lead and oversee productions, some involving talent, from initial concept through post-production. Being open and responsive to the inevitable alterations and quick thinking as time and weather are never steady. Ensure cohesive visual storytelling and seamless execution across photography and video.
Photography - Personally shoot, manage lighting, composition, prop sourcing, staging, food styling, and post-production for static and motion content.
Leadership - Mentor junior designers and freelancers, offering feedback, guidance, as well as on-set shadowing opportunities to develop skills and build confidence in content creation and art direction. Through the BBDO MW’s mentorship program, mentored a Sr in high school who was looking into design for a career path

Supported the General Mills’ Family Favorites Business Unit (FFBU) with a focus on kids’ cereal, including Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Reese’s Puffs.
Designed key visuals, display ads, and website creative for new product launches and upcoming innovations.
Concepted and developed asset and shopper guides to support both campaign-specific and evergreen content.
Photographed monthly organic social content, elevating their visual presence across social media channels.

Concept and design a variety of digital experiences supporting the organization’s strategies and goals relative to external and internal communications.
